1. Overview

These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at inhira.com, operated by Inhira, Inc. ("Inhira," "we," "us," or "our"), including our blog, learning library, and newsletter (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

When Inhira's estate planning platform launches, use of the platform will be governed by separate Platform Terms of Service, which you will review and accept at account creation. These Terms cover the website only.

No attorney-client relationship is formed by reading our content. For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed attorney in your state.

2. Use of This Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. When using the Site, you agree to provide accurate information when subscribing to our newsletter or submitting forms, to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with the Site's functionality or security. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or to use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content without written permission.

3. Intellectual Property

You may read, share, and link to our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content without written permission.

4. Newsletter & Email Communications

When you subscribe to our newsletter or download resources, you consent to receive email communications from Inhira, including the resource you requested, educational email sequences related to estate planning, and occasional product updates and announcements.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us at support@inhira.com. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and will honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. We will never sell your email address to third parties.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to: use the Site for any fraudulent or illegal purpose; transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; attempt to interfere with the Site's infrastructure or security; impersonate any person or entity; reproduce, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes; or use automated systems to access the Site without permission.

6. Disclaimers

We strive to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that any information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free. Laws governing estate planning vary by state and change over time. Always verify information with a qualified professional.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INHIRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING BLOG POSTS, GUIDES, OR EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site shall not exceed $100 USD.
