People and strategy together
Ludgy works closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape Inhira's vision, culture, and growth strategy, drawing on more than 10 years in people leadership and organizational management. She leads the work around organizational development, talent strategy, operational effectiveness, and the initiatives that move the mission forward.
Much of her experience comes from mission focused nonprofits, where she learned to keep the people side and the business side moving in the same direction. She brings that same collaborative approach to building strong teams and organizations that last.
