We built Inhira because protecting your family shouldn't be hard.
Too many people put off creating a will, not because they don't care, but because the process has always been slow, expensive, and intimidating. We set out to change that.
Create your plan
Guided, state correct documents from start to finish
Sign with a notary
Notarize online with a commissioned notary, same session
Protected for life
Signed originals stored securely, ready when your family needs them
Most online platforms promise simplicity, then stop short of what actually matters. They hand you documents, then send you off to print them, schedule a notary, pay extra fees, and wait days or weeks before anything becomes legally valid.
During that wait, your home, your assets, and the people who depend on you stay unprotected.
Inhira was built to change that.
We saw the gap between what families need and what estate planning platforms actually deliver.
People needed real protection, quickly, affordably, and without the busywork.
So we built the first do it yourself estate planning experience that lets you create and notarize a legally valid plan in a single sitting, entirely from home.
Our Mission + Vision
Our Mission
Help every adult put a real plan in place, so their loved ones and their legacy are protected, no matter what comes next.
Our Vision
A future where creating a will is a normal milestone, not something people quietly put off until it is too late.
What We Believe
Everyone with a home, assets, or dependents should have a legally valid plan.
Estate planning should be finished in one sitting, not stretched across weeks.
No family should face court, confusion, or conflict because protection was delayed.
It started with one
frightening question.
Inhira's founder, Melissa Charles, did not come to estate planning the usual way. She built her career as a Platform Engineer, with a background in accounting and a master's in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Then in 2023, she became a mom through an emergency cesarean. In the middle of that uncertain moment, one question hit her: if something happened right then, what would come next? She had nothing in place. No plan, no clarity, no answers.
She realized millions of people carry that same silent gap, and that the tools meant to close it were too expensive, too confusing, or too intimidating to ever get started. So she set out to build a different one.
If something happened to me right then, what would come next? I had nothing in place. I knew millions of people were carrying that same gap.
