Pricing questions
Is there a subscription?
No. Every plan is a one time price. The Care Plan is an optional yearly membership, offered after checkout, and you can cancel it any time before it renews.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. A paid plan can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase, as long as notarization has not started. Creating, reviewing, downloading or signing your documents does not change that. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes. You can start with the Free Will and move to a paid plan from your account. On the Complete Will Plan, you can move to the Complete Trust Plan and pay only the difference between the two.
Is notarization included?
The Free Will is signed with two witnesses, so it needs no notary. The Complete Will Plan and the Complete Trust Plan each include one notarization session, online where your state allows. Additional sessions are available from your account if you need one later.
What if my state does not allow online notarization?
Some documents in some states have to be signed in person. When that applies, you get a signing package with step by step instructions and help finding a notary near you. Your plan price does not change.
